ABOUT THE COMPANY Expanding Orthopedics Inc. is a medical device company dedicated to developing innovative products designed to address unmet needs for spinal surgery and orthopaedic trauma. EOi’s extensive patent portfolio includes novel devices which allow for unique approaches to spinal surgery and orthopaedic fractures. EOi was founded in 2001 by Dr. Mark Levy, an orthopaedic surgeon whose vision is to develop devices which focus on simplicity of use. The Company is a U.S. corporation based in Memphis, Tennessee with a wholly-owned research facility in Caesarea, Israel. Investors in the Company include Opal Ventures, MB Venture Partners, and Triathalon Medical Ventures. |
